A day with Heidi and the girls

This past friday I went with my friend Heidi (we work together) to Toguchi Beach to take some shots of her two dogs Daisy and Minnie. It was a beautiful day - very windy but cool enough to hang out. This beach is only about 10 minutes from my house and a place that is secluded enough to let the dogs runs free. Enjoy the pictures

There is this part that is down below the main part of the beach - it has these caves and inlets you can go into. Very pretty place for some pictures.

Meet Pika

Well - I got a call from a lady who had found a mother and her puppies on the beach by her house. Logan and I drove about 20 minutes away to go see the puppies. The mother had 4 puppies with her, but we were only able to take 2. The other 2 were in the bushes somewhere and I couldn't find them. Momma was a pure bred jack russell terrier - and we have no idea what dad was. The other 2 pups are our there still with momma - I didn't want to take momma away from the babies...so the lady is going to take them all to the shelter tomorrow if they are still there. We brought 2 puppies home with us - and our friends Poppy and Patch took one of them. Logan is very excited - and when I asked him what he wanted to name the puppy he said " dis Pika" I have no idea where he got that name...but I looked it up and its a little mouse that originated in siberia and currently lives all over the world but first became populated in Asia. Weird! Anyway - so here is Pika we are very excited to have her!! We have given up our search for a boxer on this island....we will add one to our family once we return to the states!

Bath Time

So its been a while since I posted some bath pics. Logan LOVES bath time - and is so silly in the bath tub!! He wanted me to take pictures of some of his toys...and below you will see that he LOVES that he automatically pee's when getting in the bath! His new favorite thing is to pee standing up....he loves that!!! Oh the joys of the boys!

What's Next

As most of you know I am hoping to begin my pet photography business as a sort of fun plus income venture!! Puppy Breath Photography is something I am completely passionate about....and could really use your comments and suggestions. Fun day at the park

We went to the park today for a little while, to let Logan drive his truck. He had a blast, I was not able to get down and really play with him but I took some pictures.This is the turtle that is at the entrance....I have been trying to get a picture of it but every time we go to the park it is almost dark.

AWAX or E3 plane. This is the satellite plane....it goes all over the world and to give coordinates to fighter jets and also ground operations. They are basically the nerve center for air to air and ground to air operations.

Ok so this was interesting.....you know how you think of like chinese torture having to walk over hot coals, or sitting on a bed of nails....well this is a bed of rocks that have been placed in the ground and cemented....and these people were taking turns walking over different parts of it. Some of them are really sharp and some are small, or big. Weird....
